Purpose of processing personal data:
The registry has been established for:
- collectiong and presenting events and other destinations in the Like Finland web service
- managing the customer relationships as well as newsletters and competitions.
Content of register:
The register may contain the following personal information: Name, address, e-mail address, telephone number.
Storage time of the personal data:
Customer information is stored as long as it is needed for business purposes, mainly 10 years after the last active business transaction between customer and Sarimedia.
Destination information (including personal information of the contact person) will be removed either upon:
- at the total end of the business relationship
- when we get the request to remove the destination information
- when we get the information that the destination no longer exists.
The data of the destinations is obtained by collecting the data from destinations own website or by sending us information about a new destination or happening on behalf of the owner or the organiser. The data is mainly company information, but it can include personal information of for example of contact personel.
Customer data is mainly obtained by creating a customer relationship, by subscribing a newsletter or by participating in a competition.
